Medical Representative (Onsite – Field Role)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Medical Representative to work in the field, visiting hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities in and around Mayur Vihar, Delhi. This is an onsite field role requiring daily travel within the assigned territory to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and drive product awareness and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and detail pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals

• Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory

• Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and medical practices

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers

• Organize and conduct product presentations, seminars, and continuing medical education (CME) programs

• Provide accurate product information and address queries from healthcare professionals

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the assigned territory

• Maintain accurate records of visits, sales calls, and customer feedback

• Ensure compliance with company policies and pharmaceutical industry regulations

• Submit regular reports on territory activities, market insights, and sales performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field (B.Pharm, B.Sc., M.Sc.)

• Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical representation is preferred

• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and pharmaceutical products

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within Delhi region

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare industry

• Existing network of healthcare professionals in Delhi region

• Knowledge of local market dynamics and healthcare landscape

• Multilingual abilities (Hindi, English, and regional languages)
