Role & Responsibilities:

• Achieve area business growth by developing and managing relationships with Health Care Professionals (HCPs) and consumers while upholding the organization’s image through ethical, transparent practices.
• Communicate product features and benefits to HCPs in an effective manner.
• Discuss scientific reports and research data professionally with HCPs.
• Coordinate and network with sales teams to meet business objectives and targets.
• Execute marketing strategies and participate in customer engagement activities to generate prescriptions as per brand plan.
• Analyze and report feedback on executed campaigns.
• Build lasting healthcare partnerships with HCPs and develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) who can advocate for the brand.
• Conduct CMEs (Continuing Medical Education) to share customized nutritional information through interactive sessions.
• Handle customer queries related to products effectively.
• Visit chemists and distributors to monitor product movement in the assigned territory and ensure adequate product availability.
• Achieve/exceed sales targets consistently through implementation of marketing strategies and follow-up initiatives.
• Stay updated and report on competitor products, new introductions, promotional strategies and activities.
• Identify and explore new business opportunities within the territory.
• Prepare, analyze, and record daily calls in line with company guidelines.
• Participate actively in weekly and monthly reviews to analyze performance and achieve target plans.
• Update nutritional knowledge regularly to engage scientifically with stakeholders and improve in-clinic effectiveness.
• Adhere to codes of ethics and ensure a safe working environment for self and team.

Job Specifications:

• Education:

  B Pharm/B Sc graduate.

• Experience:

  2–4 years of experience in a related field.

Core Competencies:

• Good communication skills.
• Strong planning and analytical abilities.
• Proven collaboration skills with various stakeholders.
