This role requires strong leadership, pharma sales expertise, and effective communication skills. 📝 Key Responsibilities: 🎯 Sales & Target AchievementAchieve monthly & quarterly sales targets for the assigned area. Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy business performance. 👨‍💼 Team Leadership: Recruit, train & motivate Medical Representatives (MRs). Conduct regular team reviews and ensure achievement of individual & team goals. Support team through joint fieldwork and performance monitoring. 📍 Territory Management: Prepare territory-wise business plans & strategies to ensure consistent growth. Ensure effective doctor, chemist & stockist coverage by the team. Maintain strong relationships with key doctors, distributors & stockists. 📊 Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, product performance & market trends. Share insights & reports with management for timely decisions. 📑 Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to ethical promotional practices. Maintain reporting discipline and follow company policies. 🎓 Requirements: Graduate degree required (MBA preferred). 3–6 years of pharma sales experience, including 1–2 years of team handling experience.
