Medical Representative (MR)

A Medical Representative's role is to act as a liaison between pharmaceutical companies and healthcare professionals by promoting and selling medical products, building strong relationships, and providing information on product efficacy and usage. Key responsibilities include scheduling visits, educating doctors on new medications, achieving sales targets, conducting market research, and maintaining professional relationships to drive product adoption and sales growth. Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Product Promotion: Presenting and educating doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals on the features, benefits, and clinical data of their company's pharmaceutical products and medical devices.
• Relationship Building: Establishing and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals to foster trust and encourage product prescriptions and usage.
• Sales & Territory Management: Managing an assigned territory, scheduling appointments, planning visit schedules to medical facilities, and consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Market Intelligence: Gathering information on competitor products, market trends, and customer needs to provide valuable insights to the company and inform strategic decisions.
• Information Dissemination: Keeping healthcare providers informed about new product launches, scientific research, and updates in the medical and pharmaceutical fields.
• Administrative Tasks: Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools for organization, and preparing reports on market performance.
• Compliance & Ethics: Ensuring their actions and product promotion adhere to ethical and regulatory standards within the pharmaceutical industry

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
