Job Description

As a Medical Outreach Specialist Level 1 at eHealth Technologies, you will be a crucial member of the Medical Outreach team, responsible for delivering critical patient information to customers. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment guided by the company's core values. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Providing effective & efficient support to Transplant, Dental, and Mental Health accounts. - Making follow-up calls, obtaining patient authorizations, processing demos, taking inbound calls, processing aged cases, and providing exceptional customer support service in a professional, accurate, and timely manner. - Efficiently documenting request progress in the case management system. - Proactively addressing and elevating customer service issues to the Medical Outreach Manager. - Ensuring customer requests are processed timely and in a HIPAA-compliant manner, maintaining appropriate documentation. - Appropriately prioritizing work to support team goals and following established business processes, policies, and regulations. - Monitoring request activity and taking necessary action to avert potential customer service issues. - Recommending improvements to procedures, workflows, and processes. - Maintaining a high level of training and performance, being properly certified on all necessary processes. - Maintaining effective communication and good relationships with all end-user requesters. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be expected to: - Follow eHealth Technologies" information privacy and security policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures. - Access, use, and disclose only the minimum necessary covered information needed for job responsibilities. - Safeguard the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of covered information at all times. Qualifications required for this position include: - Experience in US healthcare BPO Voice process. - Superior communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. - Proficiency with Five9 Telephony software, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. - Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment. - Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks. - Results-driven, action-oriented, and self-motivated mindset. - Willingness to occasionally work a flexible schedule.
