About The Opportunity

• Conduct thorough patient examinations, medical history reviews, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Diagnose and manage a variety of outpatient and inpatient cases, ensuring accurate documentation of clinical findings.
• Prescribe appropriate medications, monitor therapeutic outcomes, and adjust treatment protocols as necessary.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including nurses, specialists, and administrative staff—to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain and update electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide health education, preventive care guidance, and follow-up instructions to patients and families.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• MBBS degree from a recognized medical college with a valid medical registration in India.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or primary care setting.
• Proven ability in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
• Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and clinical documentation.
• Solid understanding of healthcare regulations and best practices.
  

Preferred

• Postgraduate qualification (MD) or specialization in Internal Medicine, Community Medicine, or related field.
• Prior experience in corporate or industrial on-site medical clinic operations.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts and handle emergency medical situations.
