Job Description

Collect, label, and process biological samples (blood, urine, swabs, etc.) as per protocols.
Conduct hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, and other diagnostic tests as required.
Ensure accuracy, reliability, and timely reporting of test results.
Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
Adhere to quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) procedures in all tests performed.
Maintain laboratory records, reports, and documentation in compliance with NABL guidelines.
Follow biosafety and infection control protocols at all times.
Assist in maintaining stock of laboratory consumables and reagents.
Coordinate with doctors, phlebotomists, and patients for smooth operations.
Ensure confidentiality of patient data and reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT / BMLT).
1–3 years of experience working in a diagnostic lab or hospital laboratory.
Valid Registration Certificate (mandatory).
Knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
