Key Responsibilities Conduct routine hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, and pathology tests as per protocols. Collect, label, and process biological samples with accuracy and care. Ensure timely reporting of test results with high precision. Maintain proper documentation and patient records. Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment. Follow strict hygiene, biosafety, and quality control guidelines. Assist in inventory management of reagents and consumables. Coordinate with doctors, pathologists, and other healthcare staff for patient care. Adhere to NABL / internal quality standards. Maintain patient confidentiality and professional ethics at all times. Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment handling. Attention to detail and accuracy in test reporting. Ability to work in a team and handle patient interactions professionally. Good knowledge of biosafety and infection control practices. Familiarity with laboratory software / LIS preferred. Requirements Diploma / B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/BMLT). 1–3 years of relevant work experience in a diagnostic center / hospital laboratory. Valid Registration Certificate (mandatory). Willingness to work in Kothavalasa location . Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
