Job Summary:

Medical Laboratory Technicians

Key Responsibilities:

Perform laboratory tests in areas such as hematology, clinical pathology, biochemistry, microbiology, and immunology.
Handle and process biological samples (blood, urine, stool, sputum, etc.) with proper technique.
Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment (e.g., centrifuges, analyzers, microscopes).
Maintain proper documentation of test results and sample logs.
Follow all laboratory safety protocols, including infection control and biomedical waste management.
Assist in quality control and assurance programs.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other lab personnel for smooth reporting and sample handling.

Required Qualifications:

Completed
BMLT or DMLT
from a recognized institute.
Registered with the Haryana State Health Board
(mandatory).
Internship completed in a recognized hospital or diagnostic laboratory (minimum 3–6 months).
Basic knowledge of laboratory instruments and procedures.
Familiarity with sample preservation, labeling, and reporting.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
