1. Oversee day-to-day medical administration and coordinate with all clinical departments.
2. Ensure compliance with hospital quality standards, accreditation protocols, and statutory requirements.3. Supervise and guide the medical team towards achieving operational efficiency and excellence in patient care.4. Handle medico-legal matters, audits, and ensure adherence to medical ethics and hospital policies.5. Support the management in strategic planning, resource utilisation, and process improvement initiatives.
6.MBBS degree with MHA (Master of Hospital Administration) is mandatory.
7. 8–10 years of relevant experience in reputed hospitals in Nashik or Maharashtra.9. Proven expertise in medical administration, hospital operations, quality management, and medico-legal affairs.10. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
