Medical Equipment Service Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Equipment Service Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of medical devices and equipment. This role is critical to ensuring the safety, accuracy, and reliability of medical technology used in hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation & Commissioning:

Install and configure new medical equipment at customer sites.

Perform initial tests and calibrations to ensure proper operation.

Preventive Maintenance:

Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on medical equipment as per manufacturer guidelines.

Maintain service logs and records of maintenance activities.

Troubleshooting & Repair:

Diagnose technical faults and carry out repairs on-site or off-site.

Replace faulty components and restore equipment to full functionality.

Customer Support:

Provide technical support and training to healthcare personnel on proper usage and basic troubleshooting.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely service and professional conduct.

Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure all service activities comply with safety standards, regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO, CE), and internal SOPs.

Accurately document service reports, calibration certificates, and repair records.

Inventory Management:

Maintain tools, spare parts, and test equipment in good working order.

Request and track inventory parts as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
