Medical Equipment Service Engineer

As a Medical Equipment Service Engineer at Bien-Air, Switzerland - DRAKE MED-TECH PVT. LTD. Mumbai Exclusive Authorised Distributors in India, you will be an integral part of a motivated and dynamic team dedicated to establishing and expanding market share in the fields of Neurosurgery, Spine, Skull Base, and ENT Surgery. Your responsibilities will include installing and configuring new equipment, performing routine maintenance, diagnosing and repairing equipment malfunctions, providing technical support both on-site and remotely, training customers on proper use and maintenance of their equipment, ensuring compliance with set standards and safety regulations, managing replacement parts, and providing regular reports to the Technical Director on service activities, issues, and customer feedback. To excel in this role, you should hold a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, possess service experience in medical technology with expertise in assembly and repairs of micro-mechanical precision parts, ideally have 5 years of relevant experience including Operating Room exposure, demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills, exhibit a strong technical aptitude with exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, be able to work independently and collaboratively, show high motivation, commitment, and flexibility, possess excellent negotiation skills, and be willing to travel as required.
