Medical Assistant (Client Facing Role)

We’re looking for a Medical Representative to join our growing international healthcare support team. In this role, you’ll engage with healthcare professionals across multiple specialties, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.

What you’ll do:

✅ Serve as the primary point of contact for Canadian & U.S. healthcare clients

✅ Coordinate with doctors across specialties such as Cardiology, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics & more

✅ Support care coordination, patient intake communication, and follow-ups

✅ Represent our organization professionally in client meetings and discussions

✅ Work across EST & PST time zones to ensure seamless client coverage

What we’re looking for:
