Medical Representative

What you’ll do:

✅ Serve as the primary point of contact for Canadian & U.S. healthcare clients

✅ Coordinate with patients on behalf of doctors across specialties such as Cardiology, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics & more

✅ Support care coordination, patient intake communication, and follow-ups

✅ Represent our organization professionally in client meetings and discussions

EST & PST time zones

What we’re looking for:

medical terminology

healthcare providers/clinics

verbal & written communication skills (American/Canadian Accent)

✔️ Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

✔️ Familiarity with healthcare workflows or EHR systems is a plus
