As a Media Sales Manager at The Better India, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and lead generation efforts within the media sector. The Better India is India's largest social impact platform, reaching 200 million people monthly through web and social media. The company aims to inspire citizens with stories of changemakers and innovations that address societal challenges. As a leading voice of influence, The Better India believes that impactful storytelling can change the world. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies across digital media platforms, content syndication, and advertising. - Focus on acquiring new clients, retaining existing ones, and growing accounts through upselling and cross-selling. - Achieve and exceed revenue targets by identifying new opportunities, maintaining a sales pipeline, and closing deals with top-tier clients. - Generate qualified leads through various media channels, content marketing, inbound marketing, and networking. - Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, utilizing CRM tools to track interactions and identify client needs. - Conduct market and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new revenue opportunities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business objectives and report on sales performance regularly. - Take a hands-on approach to negotiating contracts and closing deals with high-value clients. **Qualifications Required:** - 4-6 years of proven experience in media sales, including digital advertising, content syndication, or programmatic media buying. - Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through innovative sales strategies and successful lead generation techniques. - Ability to build strong client relationships and understand their unique needs to drive upselling and cross-selling. - Proficiency in using CRM systems and analytics tools to track sales performance and manage leads. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present media solutions persuasively. - Ability to develop and execute both short-term and long-term sales strategies while analyzing key metrics to improve performance. The Better India prefers candidates with knowledge of the latest trends in digital media sales, familiarity with the media industry, and experience with sales and marketing automation tools. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is also desired.,
