Key Responsibilities Lead a dynamic team in crafting and publishing engaging, high-quality content across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more. Develop and implement streamlined processes (SOPs) to meet monthly goals for reach, engagement, and growth. Monitor platform analytics and campaign data to optimize performance and derive actionable insights. Collaborate with creators, experts, and internal teams to increase brand awareness and build community buzz. Stay on top of trends, breaking news, and relevant hashtags; assign timely and topical content accordingly. Own the social media content calendar — plan, schedule, and oversee rollout of content across platforms. Conceptualize marketing and impact-driven campaigns tailored to our audience’s preferences and values. Key Skills & Requirements Proven experience managing social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. A strong eye for visual storytelling and aesthetics, with excellent command of English. Deep understanding of social media trends, SEO best practices, and analytics tools. Passion for compelling, impact-driven storytelling that resonates with diverse audiences. Excellent copywriting, research, and fact-checking skills. Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management. Prior experience in digital media or storytelling-led brands will be a strong advantage.
