Media Sales Manager

As a Media Sales Manager for Out-of-Home (OOH) and Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) advertising, your role will involve driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and client acquisitions. You are expected to have a proven track record in media sales, strong industry connections, and the ability to identify and secure new business opportunities in the OOH and DOOH advertising space. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and secure new business opportunities for OOH and DOOH advertising. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with brands, media agencies, and advertisers. - Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution. - Engage with media planners, buyers, and brand marketers to pitch innovative advertising solutions. - Provide insights and consultation on effective OOH & DOOH campaigns based on client needs. - Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business. - Work with internal teams to develop customized advertising packages. - Oversee the execution and monitoring of OOH & DOOH campaigns, ensuring deliverables are met. - Analyze campaign performance and provide post-campaign reports to clients. - Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and market developments in OOH & DOOH. - Analyze competitor activities and devise strategic sales plans accordingly. Qualification Required: - Experience: 5-10 years in media sales, advertising, or business development, with a strong focus on OOH & DOOH. - Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the OOH & DOOH landscape, market trends, and emerging technologies. - Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation skills, a proven ability to close high-value deals, and an extensive industry network. - Communication: Excellent presentation, persuasion, and relationship management skills. - Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret sales data, track campaign performance, and provide client insights. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field (preferred).,
