What You’ll Do

Media Ad Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Drive revenue via
new client acquisition
and
strategic media partnerships
Manage end-to-end sales: from pitch, negotiation, closure to post-campaign analysis
Upsell and cross-sell influencer campaigns, events, branded IPs, and white-label experiences
Lead private programmatic partnerships with agencies/platforms
Collaborate with creative, influencer & ops teams for seamless execution
Leverage campaign analytics to build stronger client narratives and renewals
Stay ahead of trends in gaming, esports, and digital media

Must-Have Experience

4–8 years in media sales/digital advertising/brand partnerships
Experience in gaming, esports, influencer marketing, or entertainment domains
Hands-on with
programmatic buying, branded content, sponsorships
Background in media companies, ad networks, DSPs, DMPs, or publishers
Strong grip on digital ad metrics: CPM, CPV, CPI, CPL
Powerful client storytelling, pitch creation, and closing skills
