Media Sales Manager

You are a results-oriented Business Development / Growth Manager responsible for driving new partnerships and revenue growth. Your role involves identifying and securing new brand and agency partnerships, creating customized pitch decks and proposals, leading client presentations, calls, and meetings, and staying updated on influencer marketing trends to meet client needs. You will collaborate with campaign, strategy, and content teams to ensure seamless proposals, foster strong client relationships, and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets and growth KPIs. To excel in this role, you should have 3-4 years of experience in Business Development within an Influencer Marketing/Digital Agency in India. You must possess expert-level PowerPoint and visual storytelling skills, strong verbal and written communication abilities, and a proven track record of closing deals and growing portfolios. Being proactive, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment is crucial, along with a solid understanding of influencer metrics, platform algorithms, and campaign workflows.
