We are looking for a Media Relations Manager for our Mumbai branch.

About the Role :

We’re looking for a dynamic and well-connected Media Relations Manager to join our Mumbai team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about storytelling, possess strong relationships across print, digital, and broadcast media, and have a deep understanding of the ever-evolving media landscape. You will play a key role in strategizing and driving impactful media visibility for our clients across diverse sectors.

Key Responsibilities :

· Develop and execute media strategies and plans to enhance client visibility and reputation.

· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers across business and digital platforms.

· Identify and pitch newsworthy story ideas, press releases, and feature opportunities.

· Ensure timely and quality-driven media coverage aligned with client objectives.

· Manage press conferences, media interactions, and interviews for clients.

· Monitor industry trends, track media coverage, and prepare comprehensive media reports and analysis.

· Collaborate closely with the account management and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and positioning.

· Provide strategic counsel to clients on media approach, reputation management, and crisis communication.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.

· 4-6 years of relevant experience in PR agencies or corporate communications.

· Proven track record of successful media placements across top-tier publications and portals.

· Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong media network in Mumbai and national media circuits.

· Strategic mindset with an eye for storytelling and brand positioning.
