About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional for our Media and Public Relations function. As the Managing Head of Media & PR Relations, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a powerful narrative, strengthening our media relationships, handling crisis communication, and positioning our leadership team and brand as thought leaders across the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute PR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and vision.
• Cultivate strong relationships with journalists, media outlets, influencers, and key stakeholders.
• Plan and oversee press releases, media events, and public-facing campaigns.
• Monitor media coverage, analyze trends, and provide insights to the leadership team.
• Serve as a trusted spokesperson for the brand and manage all external communications.
• Lead crisis communication and reputation management strategies when needed.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Brand, and Leadership teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Support leadership in speaking engagements, interviews, thought leadership, and award nominations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in PR, media relations, or corporate communications.
• Proven track record of managing national-level media campaigns and crisis comms.
• Strong media network and excellent storytelling skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments such as tech, startups, or high-growth companies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to execute with precision.
