Key Responsibilities & Essential Skills: Communication Strategy : Develop and implement communication plans aligned with organizational goals. Content Creation : Write and manage press releases, articles, social media content, and website updates. Media & Public Relations : Handle media inquiries, build media relations, and lead PR campaigns to enhance brand image. Internal Communication : Ensure consistent messaging across internal channels like newsletters and staff updates. Crisis Communication : Prepare and manage communication strategies during crises or sensitive situations. Monitoring & Analysis : Track media coverage, evaluate communication effectiveness, and suggest improvements. Event Management : Plan and execute press events, corporate functions, and public-facing activities. Job title: PR Manager Experience : 5-8 years (Media and Communications) Location : Lucknow Brief Description : We are seeking a Public Relations Manager (PR Manager) to nurture a strong industry network, increase awareness and develop an enviable corporate image by developing and executing effective communication and media relations programs. The PR Manager will be an experienced professional with the ability to obtain media opportunities for their clients and create a strong rapport with client POCs. Strategic planning and the ability to execute a narrative building campaign will be the core responsibility of this position. The ideal candidate would have prior experience in executing integrated communication programs for clients or a background in journalism, public relations or any other relevant field of study. Preferred Qualifications 1. A good understanding of PR/media and its intricacies 2. Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media 3. Coordinate all public relations activities 4. Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media 5. Create content for press releases, byline articles and keynote presentations 6. Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results on a quarterly basis 7. Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis 8. Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them 9. Exceptional time-management skills; including the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands on your time 10. Demonstrated ability to build and foster effective relationships and networks with others 11. Fluency in English with excellent writing and communication skills 12. Experience of working with the Government accounts 13. Comfortable working in ambiguous environments; self-starter that can use good judgment and resourcefulness to take action in the absence of clear guidance; ability to “manage up” to ensure you get what you need to be effective 14. Strong attention to detail for all administrative functions. 15.
