Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Media Head to lead and oversee all media planning, buying, and execution across digital and traditional platforms. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of media trends, data analytics, campaign performance, and team leadership to drive impactful results for our clients and internal brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement high-performing media strategies across digital, print, outdoor, TV, and social channels.
Manage media budgets, negotiate with vendors, and ensure cost-effective buying.
Lead, mentor, and manage the media team for successful campaign execution.
Analyze campaign data to optimize media plans and provide performance reports.
Stay updated on media trends, platform changes, and emerging technologies.
Collaborate with creative, digital marketing, and client servicing teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners and agencies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of digital tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, DSPs, etc.
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
