Join our fast-paced, performance-focused team where your skills get tested, funded, and scaled. 📌 Position: Media Buyer 📍 Location: Jaipur (In-House Preferred | Hybrid Option Available) 🕒 Type: Full-Time 🚀 Joining: Immediate 💰 Compensation: Competitive Salary + Performance-Based Incentives 🔧 Key Responsibilities: Plan, launch, and scale paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, Native Ads, etc. Manage daily budgets and conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and landing pages. Optimize campaigns for CPL, CPA, and ROAS across multiple funnels. Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-performing creatives and pre-landers. Monitor campaign performance in real-time and adjust strategies proactively. Handle ad accounts in high-compliance niches like lead generation, finance, nutra, and e-commerce. Maintain detailed reporting and performance insights for internal stakeholders. ✅ What We’re Looking For: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in performance-driven media buying. Proven track record of scaling campaigns and managing mid-to-high ad spends. Deep understanding of performance marketing KPIs and tracking tools. Proficiency in tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, GTM, Voluum, RedTrack. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to take ownership of accounts.
