Job Title: Sr. Media Buyer – Google Ads

Location: Baner, Pune (On-site)

Salary: 25000 - 40000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Sr. Google Media Buyer with 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and a proven ability to drive measurable ROI through smart campaign strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage Google Ads Lead + Sales campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube).

Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to optimize campaigns.

Write compelling ad copies and collaborate with creative teams for ad creatives.

Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, Conversion Rate), and implement optimization strategies.

Manage and optimize daily budgets, bids, and targeting to maximize ROI.

Perform A/B testing of ads, landing pages, and campaign strategies.

Generate detailed performance reports and provide insights & recommendations to improve results and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Stay updated with the latest Google Ads trends, features, and best practices.

A proactive strategist with a keen eye for innovative opportunities to enhance campaign performance.

A creative thinker with a detail-oriented and systematic approach to tasks.

Capable of managing high budgets and ensuring adherence to targets and monthly plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Not Mandatory).

1–1.5 years of proven experience managing PPC campaigns on Google Ads.

Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.

Hands-on experience with lead generation campaigns.

Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Certification in Google Ads (Search/Display/Video/Shopping) is a plus.

Excellent communication, reporting skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,823.68 - ₹54,269.56 per month
