As a highly skilled and performance-driven Media Buyer, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing large-scale campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing campaign strategies to meet client KPIs and business goals. You should have a strong background in handling digital marketing strategies, working closely with clients, and managing a minimum monthly budget of 50 lakhs or above. Your key responsibilities will include planning, executing, and managing performance marketing campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. You will be responsible for media planning, audience segmentation, bid strategies, and budget allocation. Collaboration with internal teams such as creative, analytics, and sales, as well as direct communication with clients, will be essential in this role. Analyzing performance data, preparing reports, and presenting insights to clients and stakeholders will also be part of your routine tasks. Regular optimization of campaigns to improve ROI, ROAS, and overall efficiency is crucial. Keeping yourself updated with the latest ad platform changes, trends, and best practices is essential to ensure the success of the campaigns. The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 2+ years of hands-on experience in media buying on Google Ads and Meta platforms. A proven track record of managing campaigns with budgets of 50 lakhs or more per month is required. You should possess a strong understanding of performance metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, etc. Good communication and client handling skills are essential for this role. Proficiency in campaign reporting, tools, and analytics using platforms like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager is highly desirable. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
