As a Media Account Management Intern at Lyxel&Flamingo, you will have the opportunity to kickstart your career in digital media and client servicing by working closely with senior team members. Your main responsibilities will include: - Assisting the Account Management team in building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships. - Learning how to understand client needs and translate them into actionable strategies and solutions. - Supporting in preparing client presentations, reports, and campaign performance summaries. - Collaborating with media planning and operations teams to ensure campaigns are executed as planned. - Participating in internal and client meetings, helping take notes and follow-ups. - Gaining exposure to platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital marketing tools. - Helping in organizing and tracking client account documents like contracts, invoices, reports, and feedback. - Learning to manage project timelines and ensuring deliverables are met on time. - Staying updated on the latest trends and updates in digital marketing platforms. - Supporting in brainstorming sessions for campaign planning and account optimization. - Being part of performance reviews and campaign analysis to understand ROI and account growth. - Contributing ideas for cross-selling services like SEO, content, tech, and creative solutions. Qualifications required for this role include: - A graduate in Marketing, Media, Communication, Business, or related field. - Strong interest in digital marketing, media, and client servicing. - Willingness to learn and take initiative. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive. - Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, or Google Workspace tools. - Certification in Google/Facebook Ads (even if in progress) is a plus.
