Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

5+ years related related hands-on FEA simulation experience
- OR Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field AND 2+ years related technical engineering experience
- OR Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field AND 1+ years related technical engineering experience
- OR equivalent experience

Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and validate advanced FEA models (structural, thermal, dynamic) for mechanical components and systems
Integrate AI and machine learning techniques into simulation workflows to enhance efficiency and predictive capability
Continuously improving simulation methodologies, tools, and processes, staying at the forefront of AI-driven simulation
Demonstrate deep understanding of solid mechanics, material behavior, and simulation best practices
Analyze simulation results, identify root causes, and provide actionable recommendations to design and product teams
Correlate simulation predictions with physical test data, refining models for reliability
Collaborate effectively with global teams, communicating complex technical concepts clearly
