MECHANICAL SALES ENGINEER

A Sales Engineer specializing in cutting tools plays a crucial role in the sales and promotion of cutting tools and associated equipment across various industries. Your responsibilities will revolve around leveraging your technical knowledge of cutting tools and demonstrating exceptional communication and sales skills to effectively engage with customers. Key duties and tasks expected in this role include: - Cultivating and nurturing relationships with both existing and prospective clients within the cutting tool industry. - Offering expert technical guidance to clients on the selection, application, and upkeep of cutting tools. - Delivering persuasive sales presentations and conducting product demonstrations for potential customers. - Collaborating closely with fellow sales team members to pinpoint and pursue new business prospects. - Regularly compiling and submitting sales and trial reports. - Representing the company at trade exhibitions and industry events to showcase cutting tools and associated equipment. - Providing high-quality customer service and support to guarantee customer satisfaction. - Staying abreast of industry trends and monitoring competitor products. - Collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams to design tailor-made cutting tools that meet specific customer requirements. - Conducting product training sessions for both customers and fellow sales team members. The ideal candidate for this role will hold a degree in engineering or a related field, coupled with at least 2 years of prior experience in the cutting tool industry. Moreover, the candidate should exhibit exceptional communication and presentation skills, adept problem-solving capabilities, and a proven history of successful sales achievements. Interviews for this position will be conducted at our Head Office in Mohali. The selected candidate will be stationed in either Yamunanagar, Haryana, or Hoshiarpur, Punjab. This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, internet reimbursement, and leave encashment. A Diploma is preferred for educational qualification, and applicants with a total of 2 years of work experience are preferred. The work location for this role will be in person.,
