Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Route Planning: Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient transportation of materials. 2. Material Loading: Ensure accurate loading of materials onto vehicles, as per invoice and customer requirements. 3. Dispatch Coordination: Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers to ensure smooth dispatch operations. 4. Invoice Verification: Verify invoices for accuracy and ensure that all necessary documentation is complete. 5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. 6. Communication: Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including drivers, warehouse staff, and management. 7. Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during dispatch operations.
