Mechanical Quality Engineer

• Developing and Implementing Quality Control Systems: Designing and establishing quality standards, procedures, and control systems for mechanical engineering processes.
• Inspections and Testing: Conducting thorough inspections and tests on mechanical components, systems, and products at various stages of production to identify defects and deviations from standards.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing inspection results, defect data, and performance metrics to identify trends, root causes of issues, and areas for improvement.
• Root Cause Analysis: Investigating and analyzing the root causes of quality problems to implement effective corrective actions and prevent recurrence.
• Collaboration and Communication: Working closely with engineering, manufacturing, and other teams to resolve quality issues, implement improvements, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Compliance and Documentation: Ensuring that products and processes comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements, while maintaining accurate documentation of quality-related activities.
• Continuous Improvement: Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, manufacturing processes, and overall efficiency.

Quality engineer: must have knowledge of vernier, micrometer, bore gauge, and knowledge of quality documents

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
