Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Mechanical Quality Engineer to test our products and procedures, ensuring they meet industry safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in various inspection techniques and act as an internal auditor, identifying issues and recommending effective solutions. Key Responsibilities: Establish and document detailed guidelines on quality standards and inspection procedures. Conduct inward inspection and ensure raw materials meet required specifications. Oversee all stages of the inspection process, ensuring compliance with quality standards. Document and manage Non-Conformance (NC) reports and take corrective action. Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to improve product quality. Monitor and analyze supplier quality performance and drive supplier improvements. Prepare detailed audit analysis and reports, ensuring compliance with quality standards. Define quality metrics for all manufacturing processes to maintain high-quality production. Monitor the entire production cycle and conduct regular testing to detect potential defects early. Inspect product materials and electrical systems to ensure durability and compliance. Identify the root cause of technical issues and recommend effective corrective actions. Review blueprints, engineering drawings, and quality documentation for accuracy and adherence to quality requirements. Coordinate with external quality auditors to ensure compliance with industry regulations and certifications. Work closely with internal teams to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction. Maintain and update quality documentation, SOPs, and work instructions . Additional Responsibilities (Store Job): Manage inventory of quality-related materials and tools. Ensure proper storage and handling of quality inspection instruments . Maintain records of quality checks and reports for future reference. Collaborate with procurement and production teams to ensure smooth operations and material availability. Requirements and Skills: 1-2 years of work experience as a Quality Engineer or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of quality control processes, inspection techniques, and industry standards . Experience with raw material inspection, production stage inspection, and supplier quality management . Ability to conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement effective corrective actions. Familiarity with audit processes, quality documentation, and compliance standards . Good analytical skills and a keen eye for detail. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach. Team player with good communication skills. Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems is a plus
