Electrical Quality Control Engineer (Female)

Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a focused and committed Electrical Quality Control Engineer (Female) to oversee the quality of electrical components and systems used in manufacturing. The role involves inspection, documentation, FOC handling, number plate issuance, machine loading coordination, and active collaboration with service engineers to ensure post-dispatch quality assurance and customer satisfaction. Roles and Responsibilities: Conduct inspection, testing, documentation, reporting, and analysis for incoming materials and final products. Ensure that electrical components and systems meet predefined quality standards and specifications. Coordinate with suppliers to resolve material quality issues. Monitor and document production quality to maintain consistency and traceability. Ensure adherence to all quality control procedures during the manufacturing process. Handle FOC (Free of Cost) cases, including complaint logging, technical review, repair/replacement planning, and follow-up. Assign and maintain machine number plates after successful quality clearance. Record and manage machine loading details , including serial number, dispatch location, transporter details, and other relevant information. Coordinate with Service Engineers to ensure feedback on field performance, close-loop FOC complaints, and improve service quality. Perform root cause analysis for internal failures and customer complaints. Work closely with the Design, Production, and Service teams for quality integration and issue resolution. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and reduce defects. Maintain inspection records, calibration logs, and testing reports as per ISO or internal guidelines. Key Skills: Strong understanding of electrical quality checks, panel testing, and wiring inspection Hands-on with FOC management, machine dispatch coordination, and service communication Proficient in quality tools and root cause analysis methods Ability to manage machine tracking documentation and serial number records Good communication and teamwork skills, especially with Service Engineers and field staff Working knowledge of ISO standards, EHS guidelines, and safety protocols Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities independently
