Sustainability such as LEED services, GSAS services, Energy services, CXA commissioning, Environmental services, Acoustical services, CEEQUAL consultancy services and BREEAM. Simulation and analysis such as Simulation engineering, Structural analysis, Stress analysis, Surge analysis, Computational fluid dynamics, detailed engineering services and Building envelope design and simulation. Thermal Imaging – Infrared Thermography.

Job Summary:

BIM Modeler (Mechanical)

Education & Experience:

• Diploma/Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering.

• 3 to 7 years of experience

  in BIM Modeling, specifically within the Mechanical domain.
• Required:

  Experience in Gulf Projects. Preferred in US/UK.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in BIM software including

  Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks Manage, and BIM 360

  .
• Strong understanding of Mechanical systems (

  HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection

  ), building construction methodologies, and project workflows.
• Hands-on experience with

  BIM clash coordination

  ,

  resolution

  , and

  issue tracking

  .
• Familiarity with international building codes and standards.
• Practical experience with

  4D/5D BIM tools

  and scripting capabilities is a plus.
• Working knowledge of automation scripts, parametric family libraries, and template standards.
• Familiarity with

  ISO 19650 standards, Common Data Environments (CDE), and federated model management principles

  .
• Excellent problem-solving skills and sound decision-making ability.
• Strong interpersonal and team collaboration capabilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize effectively.
