Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Support Company Name: FMC India Pvt Ltd Location: Savli Manjusar GIDC,Vadodara. Job Type: Third Party Role (Randstad India Pvt Ltd) Role & responsibilities Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical equipment, including pumps, gearboxes, compressors, chillers, HVAC systems, and nitrogen plants. Support preventive and predictive maintenance activities as per the maintenance schedule and SAP-PM system. Ensure proper calibration and upkeep of process instruments such as PSV, PCV, and pressure vessels. Assist in the installation, inspection, and AMC coordination for mechanical equipment. Monitor equipment health, report abnormalities, and support root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues. Maintain records, history cards, and documentation for maintenance activities. Adhere to safety protocols, EHS guidelines, permit-to-work systems, and participate in energy-saving initiatives. Work closely with the Engineering Leader, operations, and external service providers for smooth maintenance execution.
