Job Description

Job Title: Site-IT Support Company name: FMC India Pvt Ltd Location: Manjusar, Vadodara Job Type: Third Party Role (Randstad India Pvt Ltd) Job Summary: Infrastructure and Operations: Ensure that infrastructure monitoring tasks associated with the local site are scheduled and completed. Provide support for local infrastructure: Servers, LAN, WAN, Firewalls, PCs, Printers, WiFi, Voice, Video Conferencing, Server Room, and other appliances. Ensure 1st and 2nd level support for workspace enablement products and services (e.g. Windows, MS Office, Outlook, Internet Explorer, Desktops, Laptops, Network access and Collaborative Tools). Compliance, Systems Security & Controls: Understand and adhere to company I.T. policies & standards. Ensure that site systems are kept to current levels of IT compliance involving patching, upgrades, and disposal. Maintain accurate inventory of hardware and vendor agreements providing IT services. Ensure that all site new hires are onboarded are provided with IT Induction. Support IT Manager during internal audit activities during preparation and execution. Vendor management - Maintenance contract & service agreement for 3rd party service providing vendors Technical Skills/Abilities: Clear understanding in all aspects of work. Coaching in related field Exceeds all expectations produces Exceptional Quality output Exceptionally Thorough work in planning and organizing Always takes proactive initiative and produces effective results in preventing problems Self-disciplined & punctual Diploma OR relevant certificates in Computer Infrastructure Support OR other related disciplines Education: Diploma OR relevant certificates in Computer Infrastructure Support OR other related disciplines If You are interested in, you can share your CV on Khushbu.gaekwad@fmc.com
