Role & responsibilities Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical equipment, including pumps, gearboxes, compressors, chillers, HVAC systems, and nitrogen plants.Support preventive and predictive maintenance activities as per the maintenance schedule and SAP-PM system.Ensure proper calibration and upkeep of process instruments such as PSV, PCV, and pressure vessels.Assist in the installation, inspection, and AMC coordination for mechanical equipment.Monitor equipment health, report abnormalities, and support root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.Maintain records, history cards, and documentation for maintenance activities.Adhere to safety protocols, EHS guidelines, permit-to-work systems, and participate in energy-saving initiatives.Work closely with the Engineering Leader, operations, and external service providers for smooth maintenance execution.Preferred candidate profile Diploma in Mechanical Engineering4 to 6 years of experience in manufacturing, chemical, or pharma industries (preferred)Working knowledge of packing line machines, formulation equipment, and statutory mechanical systemsProficiency in SAP-PM and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skillsAbility to follow ISO 9001 & 14001 (IMS) compliance in maintenance activitiesPerks and benefits 5 Day working Transportation from BarodaSubsides canteen facilityMedical InsuranceReward & recognitionIf you are interested in this opening, please share your CV on Khushbu.gaekwad@fmc.com
