Job Description

Engineer/Senior Engineer - Mechanical Maintenance

Responsibilities

Strong Knowledge in Mechanical maintenance (Ball screw assembly and installation, Spindle bearing assembly and installation, Geometrical inspection)
Trouble Shooting mechanical Skills of spindle assembly, Ball screw & LM assembly, Pneumatic system, Hydraulic system and conveyor systems and Robotic systems
Reading and writing knowledges of Machine drawings (Pneumatic circuit, Hydraulic circuit and Machine mechanical drawings)
Geometrical Testing of Grinding & Milling Machines
Good Exposures about Automation and SPM machines
Identifying, Planning and Execution of Preventive Maintenance activity across the plant
Trouble Shooting Skills & B/D Analysis Preparation
Exposure mechanical skill in CNC machines like Grinding. Milling & Hobbing machines
Controlling of Maintenance KPI like MTBF, MTTR, DTR
Managing Team members, PM Plan Execution
Exposures about System Audit Documentation IATF, Customer Audit & Internal Audit

Qualifications

Required Skills -
