Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer (CNC) at NMTG, one of the leading manufacturers in specialized markets for Mechanical Power Transmission Products, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Conducting Preventive Maintenance as per plan and schedule - Enhancing CNC machine uptime and reducing downtime - Improving OEE of each machine - Ensuring timely resolution of all breakdown machineries - Ensuring sufficient spares of various machines and timely receipt of all spares - Carrying out AMC with various OE for machine spares & maintenance - Liaising with AMC Agencies for proper work and planning service/complaint related to all AMC Agencies - Conducting downtime analysis - Identifying training needs of employees working under you and initiating action - Planning and initiating training of employees working under you - Maintaining maintenance-related work system - Submitting DRM/WRM/MRM report to the director on your overall performance - Handling any other work assigned by the authority Required Skills: - CNC machine operation - CNC machine related maintenance knowledge Education: - Diploma Mechanical / ITI Relevant Experience: - 4 to 5 years of CNC Mechanical Maintenance related experience In addition to the above role-specific details, NMTG is a company that values respectful, trustworthy, supportive, and equal treatment of its employees.
