• Hydraulics (Mandatory skill) - Strong working knowledge of hydraulic systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Pneumatics - Practical understanding of pneumatic systems used in automated or processing machinery and their routine maintenance needs.
• Machine Installation - Hands-on experience in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new or upgraded industrial equipment.
• Fault Diagnosis - Analytical ability to identify, assess, and resolve various mechanical malfunctions efficiently and accurately.
• Safety Compliance - Deep commitment to adhering to workplace safety standards and ensuring compliance with organizational protocols.
• Troubleshooting - Strong capability to quickly troubleshoot issues in mechanical and automated systems to minimize downtime and output losses.
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, and maintain production machinery as per operational requirements and technical specifications.
• Perform regular preventative maintenance and complete necessary documentation to maintain equipment health and reliability.
• Diagnose fault conditions quickly, and carry out timely repairs to minimize disruption to manufacturing schedules.
• Carry out hydraulic and pneumatic system maintenance, including inspections, adjustments, and repairs as needed.
• Support the installation and commissioning of new machines, ensuring correct alignment and function from day one.
• Implement and comply with all safety protocols to create a safe workplace and protect team members and assets.
• Collaborate with production supervisors and other technical teams to address and resolve recurring or critical issues.
• Maintain accurate service and repair records, ensuring all works are logged for future reference and compliance.
