We combine Indian manufacturing with international standards to deliver “Motorsport Grade Performance Parts” for vehicles like Jimny, Thar, Gypsy, Hilux, and more. Role Overview We are hiring a Project Assistant to work closely with our Technical Head in the prototype development process. This role involves coordinating with vendors, managing fabrication, scanning, machining, powder coating, and surface treatments, and ensuring that every researched part moves from concept to prototype efficiently. If you enjoy being hands-on with machines, workshops, and new product development — this job is for you. Key Responsibilities Assist in development of prototypes for researched automotive parts. Coordinate with vendors for 3D scanning, cutting, machining, and fabrication work. Track progress of coating, heat treatment, or surface finishing processes. Support the Technical Head during fitment trials, testing, and evaluation. Maintain project documentation, cost sheets, and daily progress reports. Source new fabrication vendors or materials when required. Ensure components are prepared, packed, and delivered on time for trials or dispatch. Requirements Diploma / B.Tech / Graduate in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering (preferred). 1–3 years of experience in fabrication, R&D, or vendor coordination (freshers with strong technical interest may apply). Strong understanding of mechanical processes like cutting, welding, coating, and machining. Basic knowledge of CAD drawing, measurements, and fitment is a plus. Good communication skills for dealing with suppliers and workshop teams. Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable with hands-on workshop work.
