Role Overview We’re hiring a Social Media Marketing Executive who can turn engineering into storytelling — someone who can transform products, workshops, and test drives into powerful social content. You’ll manage our digital presence across all platforms and help ARPP grow into a recognized global performance brand. Key Responsibilities Plan and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Create engaging photo/video posts, reels, and stories from daily workshop and field activities. Run paid ad campaigns and monitor reach, leads, and conversions. Collaborate with the technical team to translate product features into simple, exciting visuals. Manage influencer collaborations, motorsport event promotions, and customer features. Track analytics, engagement, and growth KPIs weekly. Maintain a consistent brand tone — bold, technical, and performance-driven. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing. Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Instagram Reels, and hashtag strategy. Skilled in Canva, CapCut, or Premiere/Lightroom (basic editing level minimum). Passion for automobiles, motorsports, and engineering visuals. Good English and Hindi communication. Self-motivated and creative thinker with a sense of design and trend awareness. Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)Experience shooting or editing short automotive clips. Knowledge of performance parts, car culture, or workshop environments. Basic product photography or camera handling.
