Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Mechanical Engineer to join our Sales and Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, providing on-site services, and demonstrating our company's products to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. New Customer Acquisition: Identify and acquire new customers to expand our client base and increase sales revenue. 2. On-site Services: Visit customer sites to perform services, including installation, maintenance, and repair of our products. 3. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit reports on service activities, including site visits, customer interactions, and product performance. 4. Internal Training: Participate in internal training sessions to stay updated on our products, services, and industry developments. 5. Customer Demonstrations: Visit customers to demonstrate our company's products, including CM products, and showcase their features and benefits. 6. Building Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Proven experience in sales and services, preferably in a mechanical engineering or related industry Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Willingness to travel to customer sites and attend training sessions Familiarity with CM products and industry trends (an advantage) Qualifications and Skills: BE / Diploma Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Ambernath, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Mechanical engineering: 1 year (Preferred) total work: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
