Job Summary:We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a heavy fabrication unit, preferably in the dispatch or production support function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating dispatch activities, ensuring quality packaging, verifying documentation and collaborating with cross-functional teams for timely and accurate shipments.Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily dispatch activities for fabricated components, structures or equipment.
• Prepare and verify dispatch documents (Challan, Invoice, Packing List, etc.).
• Ensure items are packed as per customer and transport requirements.
• Supervise material loading to ensure safe handling and transit.
• Track dispatch schedules and maintain inventory records.
• Communicate with production, quality and logistics teams to meet dispatch deadlines.
• Assist in managing transport logistics and vendor coordination.
• Handle customer follow-ups regarding dispatch timelines and tracking.
• Conduct basic inspections of products before dispatch to ensure quality and specifications.
• Maintain dispatch-related reports and MIS for management review.

Requirements:

• B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in a dispatch/logistics role within a heavy fabrication or engineering company.
• Good understanding of fabrication drawings, BOM and basic QC checks.
• Dispatch documentation and inventory Records.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple dispatches and work under tight schedules.
• Knowledge of safety standards and transportation rules.

Preferred:

• Experience with heavy equipment or structural steel fabrication dispatch.
• Familiarity with crane operations, Workers and rigging methods.
• Basic AutoCAD or SolidWorks knowledge (for reviewing drawings).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
