Conduct routine inspections and scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in machinery and resolve them in a timely manner.
Respond promptly to breakdowns and carry out corrective maintenance.
Maintain and update maintenance logs and documentation as per company policies.
Collaborate with client maintenance team to ensure minimal disruption to workflow.
Assist in installation, commissioning, and testing of new equipment.
Recommend and implement continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance processes.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies.
Train junior staff or operators on basic equipment care and maintenance practices.
