Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Mechanical Design Engineer to join our MEP consultancy team. The candidate will be responsible for the design, engineering, and coordination of mechanical systems for building projects across various sectors, including commercial, institutional, healthcare, residential, and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and engineering of HVAC systems, including load calculations, equipment selection, ducting, piping, and controls
• Preparation of concept, schematic, detailed design, and GFC drawings
• Heat load calculations using standard methods/software
• Preparation of technical specifications, BOQs, and cost estimates
• Design of mechanical services such as:
• Air conditioning & ventilation
• Chilled water systems
• Plumbing & drainage systems
• Hot water systems (heat pumps, boilers, solar, etc.)
• Coordination with electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, and architectural teams
• Review of shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
• Site visits for design coordination, inspections, and technical support
• Ensure compliance with NBC, ASHRAE, IS codes, and local authority regulations

Required Qualifications

• B.Tech / BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 2–6 years of experience in MEP consultancy (design-focused role)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit MEP knowledge is an added advantage)
• Good knowledge of HVAC design principles and building services
• Familiarity with Indian and international design standards

• Experience in healthcare, commercial, or large-scale projects
• Ability to handle multiple projects independently
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Practical understanding of site execution and services integration

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
