Hiring Agency: Namura HR Consulting Hiring Company: Concrete Solutions is a reputed manufacturer of Precast Concrete and GFRC products & wide variety of concrete products for utility as well as architectural purposes.having factory at Jejuri MIDC and head office at Pune.They also provide Value Engineered Structural Design services and cost-effective solutions for construction work Website: http://www.concretesolutions.in Office Address: Behind Savitri Sadan Bungalow, Opposite Tendulkar Jogging Track, Rajendra Nagar,Pune 411030 Annual CTC: Maximum Rs 2.88 LPA or Rs 24000 per month Work Model: Work from Office and 6 days’ a week Minimum Educational Qualification: Diploma/BE Engineer Mechanical apply having knowledge and minimum 2 years of experience in preparing, reading and interpreting engineering drawings ITI Draftsman (Mechanical ) with minimum 3 years experience and proficiency in AutoCAD, preparing, reading and interpreting engineering drawings Key Skills : —  Strong knowledge and hands on experience of minimum 2 years of applying engineering drawing principles in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and preparing 2D & 3D drawings of the product —  Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D Drafting) and in designing accurate and detailed drawings for mechanical products —  Basic knowledge of Revit / SketchUp /Solidworks (preferred but not essential). —  Knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word) for Bill of Materials(BOM)& reporting. —  Attention to detail and accuracy in drafting. —  Willingness to learn precast & GFRC industry-specific drafting standards. —  Customer interaction and support ,good communication skills —  Team player and coordination —  Planning and organisation Responsibilities: —  Prepare 2D AutoCAD drawings for precast concrete and GFRC components (panels, cladding, slabs, beams, columns, etc.). —  Interpret civil, architectural, and structural drawings and convert them into production/shop drawings. —  Create detailed drawings with dimensions, sections, reinforcement detailing, and connections as per engineer’s input. —  Assist in preparing Bills of Materials (BOM) from drawings. —  Maintain drawing records, revisions, and documentation. —  Coordinate with design engineers, site engineers, and production supervisors to clarify requirements. Ensure accuracy and timely completion of drafting tasks.
