Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in
Mechanical Engineering
or related field.
3–8 years
of experience in mechanical design or product development.
Strong hands-on experience in
CAD software
(SolidWorks / Creo / CATIA / AutoCAD).
Good understanding of:
GD&T
Tolerance stack-up
DFM / DFA principles
Material properties (plastics, sheet metal, machined parts)
Manufacturing processes (injection molding, casting, machining, sheet metal forming)
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
Experience with
PLM tools
(Teamcenter, Windchill, or similar).
Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
Good communication and ability to work in global/remote teams.
