Mechanical Design Engineer

1. Preparation of proposal drawing in consultation with Marketing department.

2. Preparation of BOM (Bill Of Material) for proposal drawing.

3. Preparation of GA (General arrangement drawing) in consultation with customer and works.

4. Preparation of fabrication drawing in consultation with works.

5. Co-ordination with customers, manufacturing departments, subcontractors and suppliers for preparing drawing and solving complex problems.

6. Travelling to job sites or factories:

7. To understand drawing & design requirements, to measure physical dimensions for project work and observe production lines for Monitoring and commissioning of products and systems.

8. Storage and preservation of customer’s and fabrication drawings, soft copy and Hard copy.

9. Analyze customer design proposals, specifications and other data to evaluate the design of the equipment.

10. Specify system components or direct modification of products to ensure conformance with engineering standard and performance specifications.

11. Making sure a product can be made reliably and will perform consistently in specified operating environments.

12. Participate in development of new products, parts, jigs & Fixture with the help of team members.

13. To fulfill the quality objectives of Design & development department.

14. To update Project Management Google sheet for Design & Coordination department activities.

15. Updating FMS and Check List on-line records Sheets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
