Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical Design Engineer at our Kolkata location. The Mechanical Design Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing sheet metal work for medium voltage (MV), low voltage (LV), and control relay panel (CRP) switchgear panels. Daily tasks include creating detailed design drawings, developing product designs, conducting mechanical and structural analysis, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The role also includes collaboration with cross-functional teams for product development and improvement. Qualifications Design Engineering and Machine Design skills Mechanical Engineering and Product Design skills Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Experience in the electrical manufacturing industry is a plus Show more Show less
